Cash Send payment option is available for individuals who do not have their own bank account. This option allows you to access your SRD support payments through a mobile phone with a registered number. You will need to provide your ID number and phone number to receive the grant. This option provides an easy way to access your money without having to have a traditional bank account.

3. Retail stores
SASSA does work with retail stores across the country to provide you with the option to collect your SRD subsidy in person. Participating retailers include Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite and Boxer. You can go to any of these stores to collect your grant4
