Job Description:

The successful candidate will be involved in the sale of wear parts to the agriculture and forestry industries for the North American market. This will involve the development of customer relationships as well as leveraging existing networks. This is a full-time role based in the United States and reporting to the Global Sales Director for Mining, Road, and Wear.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a proactive approach to their work. You will work as part of an international team and have the flexibility to work under your own initiative.

Development of the E6 agriculture and forestry wear part business in North America
Close cooperation with Sales, Customer Service, Innovation, Operations and Finance teams
Price management and follow-up of offers and customer contacts
Implementation of marketing activities; monitoring of trends and current market and competitive developments
Attendance at industry relevant conferences and exhibitions

Qualifications:

Experience. Professional experience in the agriculture and forestry industries, or manufacturing of tungsten carbide-based products preferred. B2B sales experience required. Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, ERP and CRM platforms.

Customer Centric. Provides clarity and responsiveness to customers and partners (internal and external). Understands the customers underlying needs and problems. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Decision Making. Makes clear, timely decisions and gives explicit and clear guidance. Decisions are focused on increasing or improving the company’s options and are owned
